Mindfully Connected offers Mindful Parenting  courses to parents, carers, schools and organisations.

 

 Mindful Parenting is a new approach to parenting based in the principles of mindfulness. Mindfulness is often described as 'paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally' (Kabat-Zinn 1984). Mindful Parenting helps to apply these principles to how we parent. 

It can give us a greater awareness of what's actually happening during situations rather than being hijacked by our emotions, helping us to respond rather than react to challenges. 

Mindfulness Parenting techniques can easily be incorporated into daily routines, leading to a happier, more content family life.

Our courses are suitable for people who are new to Mindfulness or more experienced practitioners who wish to make positive changes, improve interactions and enhance their relationships.
